Returns
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if however, your lingerie or shoes do not fit or are not quite what you were looking for an exchange or refund can be provided on the following basis.
Please do try on the lingerie, but for hygiene reasons leave your own underwear on. When trying on shoes, try them on a carpet or clean smooth floor preferably with stocking feet.
Please do not remove any labelling. Items which have their labels removed will not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Bows & Buckles within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to get proof of postage from the Post Office. Bows & Buckles do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and check the returned items, Bows & Buckles will offer either an exchange or refund within 14 days. Postage will be refunded on faulty products only.
If non-faulty items have been returned and have, in our opinion, been worn or soiled a refund will not be given, instead the items will be returned at your expense.
Placing an Order
You can place an order in one of two ways, either by visiting our website or by viewing our web shop and calling Bows & Buckles on 01299 402606 to place an order on the phone.
If you prefer you can visit us at our shop at 93 Welch Gate Bewdley Worcestershire DY12 2AX. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am until 5pm.
Despatch of Orders
All orders are sent by 1st class post Recorded Delivery, please allow up to 3 days to receive your order.
All orders paid by cheque will be despatched on cleared funds. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.

Lingerie - £ 2.00 per item
Shoes - £ 5.00 per pair
Boots - £ 7.00 per pair
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo.
If you place an order by telephone you can still pay by one of the above cards.
We also accept cheques, postal orders and cash. Please remember to send cash payments by recorded delivery. Please make all cheques payable to Bows & Buckles.
